Member of Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame and A Grand Ole Opry star , Gibson wrote such classics as “I Can't Stop Loving You,” “Oh, Lonesome Me,” and “Sweet Dreams.” Mr. Gibson's portrait will hang in the Don Gibson Theatre in Shelby, NC. which is scheduled to open in the fall of this year.
